We are in the Volcans d'Auvergne Park 700 metres above sea level in the valley of the Maronne at Le Theil, on the CD37 Saint Martin Valmeroux-Fontanges road. The medieval town of Salers is 6 kms away via the CD37-CD35-CD37 (do not head in the direction of Saint Paul de Salers). Aurillac, seat of the Cantal Prefecture, is 33 kms away via the D922 and the CD37.
